Beef cheese balls


Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
3. Coat each ball with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

For a little extra flavor, try adding a dash of your favorite mustard to the mix!
