1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar or a pinch of honey

1/2 clove garlic, minced (optional, for extra flavor)

1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

1 large egg, soft-boiled

1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets, steamed

1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (canned, drained, or frozen, thawed)
