1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
